This product will be delivered immediately online (a paper version will not be mailed to you). You will be charged a fee if a collision report is available. Reports will not be provided for collisions which recently occurred, for example, within the past 20 calendar days.

Note: The collision date must be after June 30, 2014.

Make sure you have the following before you order:

- a printer to print your receipt and the collision report.

This product will be mailed to you within approximately 6 to 8 weeks via Canada Post. An Ontario driver's licence number and collision date is required for this product.

Note: The collision date must be earlier than July 01, 2014.
